Just read the link. You will find download links below the Pickit instructions. Make sure you choose the correct patch for your version.

In the link above you can find the .hex files (blue colored text) for the firmware version you want to install.

Just make sure you choose the right one according to your case: "For RVOSD G2, G3, G4 upgraded to G5" or "For RVOSD G5"

    Default RTH not working

I am not having much luck getting this RTH working. If I engage RTH while heading away from home it just keeps going and loses altitude FAST! Even if I try to point it toward home before engaging it, it doesn't want to work. It should be holding 500 feet altitude and it just keeps heading for the ground in a very straight line. I've tried a lot of different things and Man2000me actually got on the phone and walked me through the settings. Is it possible that there is something wrong with this thing?

The AHI shows the plane attitude as it is seem by RVOSD. If your AHI is too low(like on this video) when the plane is leveled, the autopilot logic will make the airplane to dive trying to "track" the "horizon"(AHI).
You have to make sure the AHI is leveled (centered on the screen) when the airplane is also leveled or at the angle of attack it needs to keep flying with no altitude gain or lose.
The OSD works the best when the OSD board is perfectly aligned on pitch, roll and yaw with the same airplane axis.

Why wouldnt the plane pitch up to maintain altitude? Why wont it turn toward home? If i engage autopilot heading away from home, why wont it turn around? I did center ahi at the beginning of the flight.

Because the way RVOSD altitude control works.
    First post of this thread:
    Throttle and altitude control:
Throttle control on the autopilot it’s fixed to two values, when the model is above “altitude limit”+”cruise altitude” the throttle control is fixed to the value on the “Set glide throttle” menu item, This value should be set so the airplane can gently glide at optimum battery consumption. The autopilot will try to keep the plane flying leveled by using roll and pitch controls via ailerons and elevator.
Bellow “altitude limit”+”cruise altitude” the throttle control is fixed to the value on the “Set cruise throttle” menu item, this value should be set to allow the airplane to dive and climb using the pitch control.

On the video I saw the autopilot heading to home. If it does not, I need to take a look at autopilot menu screens 1 and 3 to get an idea of why is not doing it.

    Alex
Is it possible to run my RC Rx and two servos off RVOSD's 5 volt rail? Save me running a BEC?

    Thanks Pete
