Cool, Now I got to get me a short USB extension and change a cap so I dont have to open up the plane each time.

I have been trying out the beta versions for the last few weeks and I can say they make loading waypoints pretty easy.
Martin, I need to do that too. I ground off some of the plastic off of a USB cord so I could get it in there but it is a very tight fit.
how do you get the info to the RVOSD ? usb cable does the rvosd need to be powered normally or just through the usb cable ?
I look at the program right now, but have a few questions. I guess that Level is the same as altitude, but was does "Loiter R:" means ?
What about speed ? when I set it to 100, does it means 100 km/t or something else ?
just realized i cant hook up a usb to my rvosd because its a gen 4 upgraded : (
The meanning are well explained in the rvosd instruction manual but if I have well understood : speed is km/h or miles/h regarding your unity setting metric or imp in your rvosd menu. LR seems to be the distance from the wp at wich the plane will fly -50 : 50 m/f counter clock wise 100: 100 m/f clock wise. But to be clear I don't know if these features are already enabled ask alex for that. Because I haven't got all the stuff to try in real fly... please forgive my english because I don't know if you will understand something from what I wrote. Have a nice day.
Thanks Pouascail
I still don't know what LR means, but I'll try to check the RVOSD manual.
Antoher question - Waypoint 0, should it be from where I start the plane, or where I place my first way point? What I mean is, if my first waypoint is 2km away from start, and I set this at waypoint 0, the distance from start to end, will be incorrect. I'll be missing the first 2 km in the total distance. I hope you understand what I mean![]()
Anything like this running on Mac?
SpookiePower, Waypoint 0 should be the first waypoint. The program doesn't really know where you are going to start from so it can't calculate the distance.
Thanks rcmike.
I just thinks it is confusing calling the first waypoint, waypoint 0 - that's why I thought it could be from where I choose start the plane.
But then the total distance of the waypoint route will not be calculated correct. But I can choose to locate the first waypoint close to
the start to minimize the distance error.
