    Does anyone have suggestions for equipment that you have and works good.

    Start here....read the specs carefully...not all can record from an external A/V s
    ource. Mine has a 1/8" 4 conductor phonograph jack for A/V input..

    you mean none can. I am looking for a video recorder not a video camera... http://www.hauppauge.com/site/produc...recorders.html

    The problem with this item above is it only accepts RGB composite input.
