What is the standard/recommended method to mount the 2.4 GHz 500mW transmitter onto a UAV?

I have a lot of success mounting my 2.4 Vtxs out on the wing. This gets the worst RFI source away from the important stuff. Remember to allow for plenty of cooling airflow. Add a heatsink if it doesnt have one. Also if you use adhesive or 2x tape for mounting that it will get warm, so ensure the adhesive wont lose its stickyness with heat. Dont want the Vtx dropping off in flight
Mine usually mount flush beneath the wing with the aerial protruding through the top.
