VOVO will you answer my emails please,
You did straight away when it involved adding an additional item to my order.
I payed express shipping and my account says its still processing 7 days later.
Alex if you read this can you give him a back hander for me.

Did get a reply finally, waste of money paying express shipping.

The express shipping only means it will get to you in 2-3 days vs 7, but that is only once it has shipped. Which it hasn't.
