    Where is my parcel??? i don't know. Anybodys know?? i donīt think so.

    "Processed at USPS Origin Sort Facility - June 20, 2012, 6:12 pm" - Bought June 18 .....

    In my local post office, Nobody knows...

    This shipping takes about 6 days for countries:
    most of Western Europe , Israel, Canada, Australia, South Korea , China.
    This shipping is not recommended if you need your order fast and trackable. This shipping is NOT trackable. USPS CAN NOT PROVIDE ANY INFO AFTER THE PACKAGE LEFT USA. Sometimes delays occur (up to 3 weeks in Christmas season). But we lost only one package for all the time of operation. Rangevideo will not be responsible for packages lost in mail.


    With a phrase who says..: "we donīt know how many time it takes in arrive..." or similar

    This means that the USA postal office had place the shipment on the plane to your country. After this no further updates will be done on the USPS site.
    You have to track it on your local postal office. They have it.

    Hi,

    I wrote support.The answer were "i donīt know, wait" (a more extensive email of course), and i was waiting another 9 days...

    I think is a bad answer.

    Is my problem, because i used an standar postal method, but, in other orders i used a similar method and in 3/4 working days i received my item.


    Conclusion, i bought a Video on TX June 18, and today, July 18 i didn`t received.

    I donīt know who is the problem, but if Rangevideo can not guarantee all the process, shouldnīt offer the postal method


    Iīm waiting an email response, and my parcel.
    Another week.
