Video from yesterday evening. Nothing special, I was just testing AHI for the first time on my TwinStar II. It looks to work nicely, even though I have 3 Z-Sensors instead of XY + Z. Just after start it was not yet calibrated and off, but later after I set neutral positions it was working ok I think.

Elpimous, you are getting 1.36 HDOP all the time. On this situations you should just set "Max HDOP" to 1.40 or something like that, and the OSD will set home faster. However seeing you flying at around 10 mts I understand you want to set home with the maximum accuracy, I still think you should go higher before start making turns around. I only go bellow 50 mts when the plane is going to land.
Also I think the audio problems you are having are becasue incompatibility between video Tx and receiver, they seem to have different frequency for the audio subcarrier.

Yes the AHI is working perfect on both videos, I dont think you have to do anything else with it, enjoy!

    Hey Alex,
transmitter and receiver are both RV ones (should work together, and they do)
Vcc mic signal is soldered directly to current sensor input, like Vova said, but i think/hope problem is about volume !!! I'll try it soon.

And thanks for your tips, ..........Your Imu is amaizing, really !!! some of your competitors work hard to find a solution, and they fail !! (D****N osd).

Nice to see still with the AHI not perfectly set the autopilot worked nice, I guess you have the max roll angle big enough to overcome the few degrees off in the AHI.
I am really pleased that after all the problems you had with the OSD you are now able to have this nice video, also finally a guy that likes to fly with other screen than the F16 screen. Many people criticize it because it is "intrusive", but now seems like most of us have preference on it.

To be fair the Dragon IMU failed because Daniel tried to work with a much more complex solution, I also failed with this. Then I realized that the thermopiles are good enough to make an acceptable AHI and stabilization system.

This was my last flight before I tried to update it and ran into the problems, so I am STILL waiting to hear back from Vova on the status of the OSD. I hope to have it back soon. I am spoiled now and don't want to fly without it.

I had several good flights that day and was very pleased with the osd. Like you said, I could have tweaked the AHI a little better but it still performed well even in the wind.

Vova told me he was repairing the board so I hope you will have the OSD back soon.
