VOVA, need help about Video Splitter

Hello, Vova or any one else !!
Well I have problems about my RV video splitter

receiver to TV is ok (rca to rca with both female adaptator !)
Archos too !!

But with video splitter, nothing works !! (just bought, never used !!)
On pictures U can see rca input from DVD, 3s power, and the other side rca to plasma right input (black rca, cause I don't have anything else !)
4 Video out tested, and nothing !

And yellow/black together, it works !! problem is splitter !

Ideas ???? Green power led works !.

POSITIVE CONNECTOR SIGNAL IS INSIDE AND MASS OUTSIDE, CORRECT ???!!!!
